Stamp: Major Wear Made for and designed in England 100% Wool Felt (made in China)
 
Measurements: inside crown: 23 size: 7 3/8 59 (medium)
height of top hat: 4 ¼” the brim is 1 3/4” (4.5cm) and turns up at the sides 1 ½” (4 cm)
 
Made of: Dark Olive Green 100% wool, lined in white silky fabric with a black leatherette inner head band. 
 
Features: The Topper has an olive green petersham band around the crown finished in a set bow and brim which turns up at the sides.
 
Vintage Condition: Excellent Vintage Style Condition unused
