Stamped size mark is a 7 B we think is a US size mark the shoe is more like a UK size 4.

Lining: smooth soft Leather at back and sides, ivory linen at front
Sole: Leather the original stitching and nails can still be seen 
Heel: the block heel has had a metal edge tip added at some point 
Lace: the original waxed leather lace
