Original Vintage: King George V1 & Queen Elizabeth 1937 Coronation Mug 
 
George V1 was king of the United Kingdom and the British Dominions, 11 December 1937 1910 until his death on 6thFebruary 1952. He was concurrently the Emperor of India until August 1947 when the British Raj was dissolved.
 
Ivory coloured glazed porcelain mug with 1937 HM King George V1 & Queen Elizabeth Coronation Long may they reign on the front and a smaller image of crossed standards and crown and GR V1 on the other side.

Vintage Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition: with some gilding to rim is faded and there is crazing all over the mug and some marks on the inside base.
