Fabric: Quality Pastel Yellow Rayon with a slub embroidered pattern 
 
Style: A classic cleverly cut 1940s dress the sleeve is cut in with the bodice with two panels going over the shoulder and down to the waist, with darts at the back neck bust and waist for shape. The skirts are box pleated at the centre front and knife pleated around the waist and attached to the bodice, there are belt loops however the original belt is no longer with the dress. The belt shown in the photos is not included, however you could use a co-ordinating belt. 
 
Features: There is a ‘V’ neckline to the front that is cleverly pleated into the shoulder seam with a little stand collar at the back.
 
Closure: Metal zip down the centre back.
 
Ideal to wear for: events this dress can be dressed up or worn more casually. In the forties and a hat could have been worn with this dress along with a princess line coat. The other items photographed with the dress are not included however they are available for sale.
