Fabric: warm brown acetate lining with mid brown chiffon over dress and embroidered ribbon stitched to form the bodice, and cuff
Style: A designer full length chiffon gown, with sheer shoulders there is a small snag to the left shoulder and sheer bishops sleeve.
Features: The ribbon bodice makes a striking contrast to the gown stitched together in rows, a black background with light tan leaves and red flower with a white centre, the ribbon is also on the cuff which are finished with a cover button and rouleau loop. There are double layers of different lengths of gathered chiffon at the neck and cuffs in a Pierrot style. The sleeve from a sheer shoulder becomes a voluminous bishop sleeve. The bodice is finished above the waist which makes the length appear longer and elegant
Closure: metal zip down centre back into the lining the chiffon seam is open and so the zip appears to disappear.

Vintage Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition: there is a small snag to the left shoulder see photos is more obvious over the white cloth of the mannequin than skin.
