Lotus was a well-known manufacturer of simulated and cultured pearls; the Lotus Pearl factory was established in Birmingham and Lotus pearls became world renown.

Outer Strand length 15 " (38 cm)
This means this is Choker Length, please see the last photo of the necklace on a 13 ½ “mannequin neck to see how it sits it can be worn with the clasp at the front or at the back.

Made of: Lotus Pearls are not natural pearls they are simulated or cultured, the rich pearlized colours of the Lotus pearls are stunning they vary from rich champagne to light cream they are a beautiful baroque shape. The closure is a real feature, and this can be worn at the back or the front it is a box clasp, made of silver and most probably rhodium plated, in an art deco bow shape with a claw set blue faux sapphire surrounded by claw set diamanté stones.
The Lotus case is made of metal covered in leatherette with sprung brass hinges and is lined in ivory silky fabric.

Description: Stunning triple row of Baroque Lotus Pearls on hand knotted silk they have a beautiful rich iridescent champagne cream colour to them. They sit perfectly on a neck of 13 ½” as seen styled on the mannequin.
