Fabric: Acrylic with velvet applique
 
Style:  1980s cross over front with flattering high collar, the shoulders have deep shoulder pads, (attached by Velcro so you can whip in or out) they balance the hip and waist line. The applique design of black velvet runs down the sleeves and across the front. The sleeves can be worn pushed 80s style or worn down.
