Original Vintage: Black & White Leather Clutch with Glove Strap

This beautiful little bag has a beautiful shape and design, it has been expertly made in black `leather that has been printed in a diagonal design of graduated lines of tiny white dots. The silver tone metal frame outlines the shape, with black ebony graduating finish either side of the clasp. Inside the bag is lined with black moiré taffeta and has an integral coin purse with two pockets typical of this age bag one is white lined in kid leather the other is lined in the black moiré taffeta. There is a glove strap on the back of the bag

Vintage Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition: The bag is strong and wearable and very usable however it is over 100 years old, and it does show signs of its age. There is wear to the corners and on the back of the bag the black leather has come of the frame and the rust of the frame is showing through, and some cracks and chips to the ebony. However, this bag is such a delight and will look amazing as part of a vintage outfit or indeed as part of a Handbag collection. A piece of history.
