Fabric: a lovely sheen on this man-made black slinky tricel which does have stretch however it is backed onto a black acetate lining fabric without stretch. 
 
Style: A simple and beautifully designed little black dress synonymous of the 1960s. 
 
Features: The fabric really is used to its best both on the front bodice where it is cut on the bias to create a lovely swag, this is echoed on the back with a free hanging cowl which covers the zip of the dress. A little rouleau self-belt sits on the waistline. The skirts are softly gathered onto the waist.
 
 
Closure: The dress has a nylon zip at the centre back, with a metal hook and eye at the top.
 
Ideal to wear for: A very wearable dress for those occasions when you need to be stylish and elegant
