1950s Midnight Blue Velvet Beret Style Hat 
This hat is a made of blocking net that has been covered with slinky velvet with panels and pleats into a curved band at the front which curves under the hat to give a soft line. There is a tailed bow to the left side. The hat is Lined with a dark purple lining. The hat can be worn in a beret style on one side of the head or straight on.
