Fabric. The petticoat is set on a non-stretch nylon panel across the waist and hips with a metal zip at the side, that two layers white organdie has been gathered onto this the under one has frill gathered onto the hem and the top layer has four tiers of soft ivory lace with a blue ribbon insertion threaded through
 
Style: Fitted Tiered petticoat with a gentle fullness
 
Ideal to wear under original vintage and vintage style 1950s dresses to get the fuller look
