Fabric. The petticoat is set on a stretch nylon panel across the elasticated waist and hips two layers of fabric have been gathered onto this the underskirt is made of a medium white stiff nylon which has a gathered frill at the hem. The Top layer is ivory chiffon with a cream flock pattern of little bouquets, sprays and individual Lilly of the Valley flowers.
