A Rock Follies Vintage Size: 12-14 smaller on the hips
The dress is not a stock size it is couture made so would have been made to fit so the bust is a size 14 waist is a size 14 and hips are a size 12

Fabric: A quality duchess satin with an acetate lining fabric
Style: A classic 1950s cocktail dress, fully lined.
Features: The bright olive-coloured satin is a classic wiggle shift dress with darts and seams creating a fitted dress with a kick pleat at the centre back. The beading had all be done expertly by hand after the dress had been made so covers the seams and darts, of the most top-quality front and back of the bodice and below the waist pleated sash at the front. Made up of light grey glass bugle beads for the leaves and stems and petals with clear iridescent sequins for the flower centres. 
Around the waistline is a bias cut and pleated cummerbund sash that falls to the hem line in two tails from the back waist, giving added interest to the back of the dress ideal for the cocktail party.
Closure: metal zip to the back, with hooks and eyes halfway and to the top of the zip
 
Ideal to wear for: special events parties or events red carpet proms it’s a stunner
 
Vintage Condition: Flawed Vintage Condition: lots of small spray like marks across the front of the skirt part of the dress, price reflects these marks although it is still a beautiful and wearable dress in certain bright sunlight and darker condition’s they are not so noticeable
