Dating from: 1940s -1950s
 
Label/Stamp icon is engraved on the inside of the frame looks American to me however I do not know for sure.

Made of: Vinyl lined in brown moiré lining with a stiffened vanity pocket on each side.

Features: Brown fabric linen backed pleated into the frame giving a cute shape to this little bag
 
Closure: gold tone metal clip to centre 
 
Vintage Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition: age patina to metal frame and clip, some wear on side panels and the wrist strap has some stitching missing is still strong little bag
