Original Vintage: 1940s Navy Blue Wool Moulded Felt Hat with Veiling & Diamante
This is a millinery made moulded navy wool felt hat. With a twist of two narrow navy felt tubing decorating the crown and looped together with four rows of diamante. There is also a navy face veil, running around the hat.

Inside the petersham band measures 21" (53.5 cm) Worn very much on top of the hair up do on the slant “a jaunty angle” and stylish.
