Fabric: Soft lightweight Rayon with an ivory background with lime green, turquoise blue, sky blue and pastel mauve floral design.
Style: This house dress was designed to wear as a casual house dress with a cross over design and long loose sleeve. The bodice has two waist darts at the back and two at the front, the skirt is made of 8 panels including triangular godets at the hem and a further centre front panel. There is a small collar at the back and at the front the lapel is extended from the bodice and just turns over softly.
Features: Two handmade buttonholes are fastened with two green buttons and a further two are sewn on to create a double breast look.
Closure: Buttons and hook and eye at waist.
Ideal to wear for: In the house, at a Vintage breakfast over a silk pyjamas or night dress, alternatively it can be styled and worn as a dress as in photos.

Vintage Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition: The dress has been made without finishing the seams it is still a wearable and a very pretty dress.
