Original Vintage: 1930s Dark Green Leather Handbag By “Waldybag”
This beautiful vintage handbag is from the prestigious British designer H. Wald and Co. later abbreviated to Waldy bags. These iconic handbags dating from the 1920s thirties 40s and 50s are becoming increasingly rare and subsequently they have become highly collectible.

This beautiful little bag dates from 1920s to the 1930s it has Deco lines and has been expertly made in dark racing green textured leather with a little panel of smooth leather under the shaped front panel which hides a secret pocket which is lined in green silk moiré. The main bag is set on a silver tone frame with an integral double satin lined coin purse in the centre, that has been covered with green leather. The main bag is lined in a contrasting beige leather on each side there is a curved pocket lined in green suede lovely and soft to the touch in the pocket and dark green leather as the main body at the top, there is also a little vanity mirror pocket with the original mirror inside.
