Can I Buy Gift Vouchers?Yes its so simple and sometimes the only answer if you are not sure of a persons measurements. Just click on our Gift Voucher page and just fill in the email of the person and your personal message ! The good news is they never expire.

Can I Pickup My Order ?Yes you can, pickup is from Kiddrminister Worcestershire, UK. Please select free local pickup from dropdown menu at checkout, you will receive an email as soon as your item is ready to collect. (usually within same day)

Do you offer Gift Wrapping ?Yes we absolutely do, we know how busy everyone is so when completing your order At Checkout: 1.Enter the shipping address if it is different to your address. 2. Add note at checkout with your reason for gift ie. Chrismas / Birthday/Mothers Day/ Fathers Day/ etc with a personalised message We will then ensure the gift will be wrapped appropriately and will contain your message

Where Do You Ship & What are the Costs ?We ship to most areas of the Uk with a flat rate of £4.50 or free with a £20 spend We ship to many parts of the World, we have two flat rates by weight: parcel up to 1.99 kilo cost £18 parcels over 2 Kilos cost £54. If the item you are interested has does not got a weight listed please contact us via the contact form with the items details, and we will weigh and put the details on the website. Please note International orders may incur a customs or International duty fee that would have to be paid by the customer. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.

How do you date your authentic Vintage Stock ?Having worked with Vintage Clothing for many years we are experts in dating clothing, and we will also try and pass on any provenance we have on an item. We also categorize certain clothing into a decade they are based on for example 1980’s does 1940’s Tea Dress.

How do you rate the condtion of your vintage items ?Vintage items are not new they date back to a particular era, some have survived in amazing condition, while others may show some signs of age but we feel they still deserve to make it into our collection. Therefore we have listed our items into three Conditions: ​ 1. MINT VINTAGE CONDITION: Means the item although Vintage is unworn and good as the day it was made. 2. EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION: Means the items is in great shape for its age. ( Most of our stock will fall into this catagory, we will point out any age related marks) 3. FLAWED VINTAGE CONDITION: Means the item is wearable but does have some repair, mark or damage. The flaws will be described.

Where do you source your Vintage Stock ?All of our stock is individually sourced mainly from Great Britain, with some pieces from the USA and Europe, we do not buy whole sale. Do contact us if you have some vintage items to sell.

Do you accept returns ?We only allow returns or exchanges on very rare occasions, where we have made a mistake, so please choose carefully. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have an issue, if an exchange or refund is issued it must be sent back within 48 hours after our conversation. No refunds or exchanges will be given with issues based upon fit of a garment, please ensure you measure correctly and if you need more measurements than listed please don't hesitate to get in contact with us. Do you send out a newsletter can I sign up for it ?Yed I am now sending out a newsletter twice a month that will have all sorts of hints tips discounts just fill in the submissform in the footer come and join us.

Can I book a visit appointment ?Yes if you would like to try some thing that you have seen online, or would like some advice about what to wear to event, you can book an appointment online. During the summer we are normally open the following hours Thursday 10am - 12 noon Friday 10am - 12 noon Saturday 10am - 4pm Sunday 11am - 4 pm To book an appointment click on the book online button Please call 07740432978 or send a message via the contact form if you would like an appointment at an alternative day and time and we will always try and accommodate.
