Vintage Celtic Jewellery
Celtic Jewellery is thought to date back to between 2000 BC to around 550 AD when silver and gold was used by Celtic crafts people to create jewellery adorned with Celtic symbols. So very much part of the heritage in the UK it was particularly popular in the seventies when Celtic Inspired and Scottish glass agate costume jewellery was very distinctive, with designs often based on Victorian designs, this collection is mostly from this era with its bold and intricate designs.
